The Sr. Lease Analyst is responsible for understanding, collaborating, developing, and executing upon client specific plans of action, in conjunction with team members to ensure quality, efficiency and exceptional service in all aspects of Lease Administration.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Lease Administration and will be a remote position.

How you will make a difference:

  • Review, abstract and process commercial leases and related documents
  • Perform data entry, validation, and management of lease documents
  • Process change requests
  • Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships
  • Track and resolve mid-level issues and escalate high-level issues
  • Generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
  • Collect and distribute insurance requests and requirements
  • Identify enhanced client reporting deliverables
  • Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and industry alignment of expenses
  • Identify potential compliance issues to present to client or supervisor
  • Reconcile and address outstanding financial balances
  • Calculate, bill, and track third-party tenant pass-throughs
  • Manage accounts receivable collection
  • Process A/P and A/R rental obligations per established processes
  • Participate in special projects
  • Participate in or lead new client transitions
  • Act as a liaison in improving and maintaining the value provided on the part of the organization for the Client’s real estate needs
  • Suggest systems, procedures, and/or processes that would enhance productivity and quality of the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring to the table: 

  • 4-5 years of experience with commercial property management, or related experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of audiences at different levels and with different backgrounds
  • Works well in both a team environment and independently
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry best practices
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/clients simultaneously and readily adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to clearly articulate client requests to service providers in the field
  • Ability to arrive at scheduled times and be ready to fulfill duties
  • Preferred Skills/Experience:
    • Bilingual language skills are a plus
    • Familiarity with facility maintenance or real estate is a plus

  • This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.
