Job Title: Cash Posting Specialist

Office location: Remote

SCHEDULE (if applicable)Mon - Fri, traditional PST hours

We are looking for an upbeat individual who is self-motivated and demonstrates initiative in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.  The role requires someone with an eye for detail, yet who can work in a timely and accurate manner. 

What you’ll do:

  • Download and post correspondence batches
  • Identify denial trends from insurance payors
  • Assist with various team tasks

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ year’s experience working in a Cash Posting role
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and analytical skills
  • Have high energy, be a self-starter, a great teammate and be ready to get the job done
  • Be flexible and adaptable with a drive to go above and beyond
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred skills: 

  • Bilingual
  • Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and Microsoft Suite Programs (i.e. Excel)
  • Knowledge related to reading an insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is a plus
