We are looking for someone with a deep familiarity with SQL and relational databases (a bonus if that experience is with PostgreSQL). We are looking for someone who feels at home and enjoys working in large databases. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with significant experience working with Python scripts (bonus if those scripts were used to interact with relational databases).

• Collaborate with business owners, understand business objectives, and use data to generate actionable insights.
• Run weekly meetings reporting out on key operational KPIs and identifying areas where efficiency could be improved.
• Develop dashboards and data architecture that allows for real-time reporting.
• Work with the corporate analytics team to digest, collate, and interpret a diverse set of quantitative indicators in order to determine the appropriate strategy on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as they implement changes derived from data-driven insights.

• 2+ years in an analytics focused role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
• A deep experience with relational databases and SQL (bonus points if that experience is with PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Python
• Experience in healthcare is not required, but preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability and desire to think strategically about business goals. Someone who wants to be told the goal and have the details of execution left up to their discretion

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team situated across the country

Location: Remote, USA 

The salary pay range for this position in Colorado is $80,000-$90,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
