Asana is looking for a talented, organized, and experienced self-starter to join the Revenue org as Sales Planning Senior Analyst. In this critical strategic and operational role, you will be part of a small yet mighty team that will be responsible for project managing the Annual Planning effort for all Sales & Customer Success.
You will be directly responsible for calculation and communication of quotas as well as ownership and maintenance of the quota and headcount models (in Anaplan). You will report on and share attainment and field capacity insights to guide conversation in quarterly business reviews and influence strategic direction of the business. Through this scope, the role offers a significant opportunity to impact the overall success in the global Asana sales team.
