We are looking for a person who will be responsible for evaluating Crocs business needs and determining how IT can support those needs using software, hardware, and infrastructure. This role will bridge communication between IT and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in designing and implementing technical solutions as it relates to SAP SuccessFactors application along with Greenhouse and other HR Systems. There will be a heavy focus on creating global alignment and consistency. We are seeking a highly capable HRIS analyst to improve the performance of technologies within the HR department. In this role, your duties will include optimizing this performance of our HR systems, capturing data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics. You will also be required to craft new HRIS processes.
•Lead multiple phases of testing, to include writing test plans and test scripts, performing system testing and supporting user testing. Serves as SME for HRIS systems
•Analyze report request, build tests and delivers report requirements by leverages 3rd party resources
•Schedule and implement mass changes in SF
•Serve as guide for existing and future HRIS modules including Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Learning management, Talent Acquisition
•Support and maintenance of the HRIS (human resources management system) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team
•Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functions and assists domain experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
•Supports Success Factors upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned
•Production support, researching and resolving Success Factors process & system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions to meet requirements by creation of process maps using visio & other tools
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related filed is required. Professional experience, beyond requirement, in a related filed may substitute for degree requirement on a year for year basis
•Experience: Two (2) years of experience in business systems, applications development, and implementation, including Success Factors application
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Solid understanding & Knowledge of HR Processes and Data
•Experience with HRIS applications with SuccessFactors preferred. Exposure to Greenhouse would be nice to have
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong social skills – must be able to work optimally as part of a project team and develop team collaboration as well as work with all levels of the business up to and including the CIO
•Must effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
•Stays current with rapidly changing technology and applies it to business needs
