We are looking for a detail oriented analyst, someone with a knack for problem solving. As a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with various reporting and tactical processes.
What you will do

Provide operational support to Sales, Solutions and Partnerships teams.
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and analytics to help Go-To-Market leaders make data-backed business decisions.
Assist in implementing CRM and BI dashboard reporting infrastructures to help support the business in driving efficiency and revenue growth.
Assist with evergreen and ad-hoc data integrity projects such as CRM data clean up, and data enrichment to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data.
Manage periodic inspections of territories to insure alignment against Recharge’s Sales Rules Of Engagement (ROE)
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage automation to grow our capacity in line with the growth of the business
Work closely with management on process and data improvements and enhancements.
What you’ll bring:
1-2 years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role
Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Excel
Experience working with systems and tools such as Salesforce and/or Hubspot
Ability to drive simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally
Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end. Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels
Extremely organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
Ability to work remote-first in a rapidly scaling organization
Willing to travel as needed (~10%)
