Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As an Analytics & Insights Business Partner Specialist for Global Analytics & Insights Organization, you will play a key role in connecting with IT organization and supporting Global Business Service stakeholders through 3M technologies. In this role you will be connected with stakeholders across IT and GBS Departments delivering value and supporting critical process, and helping 3M achieve excellence in Business Service.

The impact you will make in this role

• Provide IT guidance and direction to A&I teams to support effective governance, including release delivery, deployment processes, and alignment to strategic vision.

• Support, monitor, and provide guidance for architectural implementation of projects in collaboration with A&I teams.

• Create and maintain technical and solution documentation, including SADs (Solution Architecture Diagrams).

• Supporting A&I infrastructure vulnerabilities and share high/critical findings with relevant A&I Pillars to support timely remediation.

• Monitor and communicate open Support tickets across A&I Pillars to help ensure SLA adherence.

• Partnering across Global Business Service Analytics & Insights teams, including Domain teams, Hub teams, Project Managers, Scrum teams, business stakeholders, and IT workstreams to support initiatives and projects.

 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related areas

• Experience in technical and functional documentation for IT solutions

• Experience creating and maintaining architecture diagrams, integration flows, technical requirements, and project support documentation

• Experience in development, data and systems integration, with familiarity in languages such as Python, C#, .NET, and SQL

• Experience with governance, deployment processes, support tickets and SLAs

• Ability to work in a global environment

• Strong collaborative leadership and stakeholder influence skills

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and conflict management abilities

• Advanced English proficiency

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Experience with Snowflake

• Experience with AWS /Microsoft Azure and overall cloud environment architecture

• Familiarity with SAP / AS/400 Scripting

• Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) knowledge as a plus

• Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum)

• Proficiency in Spanish

Work location:

• This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M plant in Sumaré.
