About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a C&R Credits Security Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collateral Management:Â
Knowledge and appreciation of ICC UCP600 & ICC ISP98Â
Handles Letter of Credits i.e. Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) & Stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC) review & negotiation with S&T counterpartiesÂ
Coordinates with Banks, S&T Operations, Traders and Legal team for issuance of acceptable LC formats from Chevron bank listÂ
Provides timely clearance and issuance ofâŻCredit Security Notification (CSN) for trading deals fully secured by LCsÂ
Identified as Letters of Credit (LC) â SME, and provides support and guidance as necessary, on review of DLC & SBLC terms & conditionsÂ
Provides support in management of fully secured deals inâŻBrady Credit Risk (BCR)Â
Reviews and processes all LC related bank charges and confirmation feesÂ
Collateral Drawings:Â
Closely monitor due dates of all active trading deals fully secured by acceptable LCs.Â
Coordinates with Banks, S&T Operations, Traders and Counterparties to facilitate LC presentationÂ
Prepares all necessary documents to facilitate timely & full collection of all deals covered by letter of creditÂ
About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of financial experience; prior exposure to audit function, supply and trading process &/or credit risk management would be preferable
Proficient in MS Office and SAP system
Fluency in English
Strong Analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative analysis)
Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
Ability to balance risks and business requirements
Ability to adapt to varying work situations and is flexible in the approach to resolving challenges
Works independently with minimal supervision and shows Initiative
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management
