EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW As an L&D Consultant specialising in Systems and Data Analytics, you will play a key role in ensuring the Severn Trent Academy has robust, accurate and insightful learning data. You will lead the development and maintenance of our learning systems and data sets, provide high‑quality reporting and analytics, and help drive continuous improvement across our learning offer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, learning systems and people—using insights to influence decisions and enhance the learner experience.
