The Senior Analyst is a strategic leader within the Business Analytics team, responsible for owning client analytics relationships end-to-end — from architecting the data environment and designing advanced analyses to presenting findings at the executive level and mentoring junior analysts. This is not just a technical role; it is a senior partner role that requires both the analytical depth to build rigorous models and the executive presence to turn those models into decisions.  The Senior Analyst brings 5–10+ years of experience in data and business analytics, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments, and operates with a high degree of independence. They own their client workstream, shape the analytical roadmap, and continuously elevate the standard of work across the team.

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level Tableau and/or Power BI — advanced calculated fields, LOD expressions, blending, and enterprise-scale dashboard architecture.
  • Expert Excel skills — Power Pivot, VBA, dynamic array formulas, and statistical add-ins.
  • Advanced SQL authoring — complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance optimization — with hands-on Snowflake experience.
  • Deep statistical technique experience: multivariate regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, conjoint analysis; R, SAS, SPSS, or STATA required.
  • Experience with campaign analytics, conversion funnel analysis, customer LTV modeling, and behavioral data.
  • Executive-quality PowerPoint storytelling — ability to construct board-level narratives from complex analytical output.

Business & Client Skills

  • 7+ years of client-facing analytics experience with demonstrated ability to manage executive relationships and lead strategic conversations independently.
