</div><div><ul>
<li>Masterâs degree in business, Finance, Economics</li>
<li>Progress toward CIMA qualification â minimum 2/3 completed, holding the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, or at least the Diploma in Performance Management (P2 + P1)</li>
<li>Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to confidently present analytical insights to senior leadership</li>
<li>10 + years of experience in sales analytics, commercial finance</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Excel</li>
<li>Experience working with SAC, Fusion is a strong advantage</li>
<li>Excellent presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and commercial drivers</li>
<li>An entrepreneurial approach to problemâsolving, proactively identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and improve commercial performance</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver highâquality outputs under tight deadlines.</li>
