We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will work across the business, with both internal and external stakeholders, to deliver value across the project lifecycle. The role sits within our Group Transformation team and is a business focused BA role rather than tech. You can expect to deliver a variety of different activities including process and customer journey redesign, supporting tenders, drafting options papers, and assessing business change impacts. You should be able to plan analysis work and manage/influence our key stakeholders to ensure they are both bought into our direction of travel but also understand what we are doing. You’ll have great stakeholder management, influencing and problem solving skills. You will have experience of designing business solutions/journeys to benefit the business. We’ll want you have practical experience in drawing sound conclusions and making suitable recommendations. The right skills and experience are important.
