Reporting Analyst, Operations 

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. The Business Process Analyst is a vital role that will leverage Business Process Frameworks and Business Process Management Notations (BPMN 2.0) to build and enhanced shared services processes.&amp;nbsp; The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to produce process deliverables to the high-quality standard set by the BPM function.&amp;nbsp; The right candidate for this role needs to have excellent attention to detail, and must have strong relationship-building skills, capable of establishing effective working relationships with service/process owners and process SMEs across functional areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a highly collaborative and visible role, and you will have the opportunity to partner across multiple business units/organizations to understand their service delivery, analyze current state and future state to determine gaps, and model business processes on time and according to budget.&lt;/p&gt;
