Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)</li> <li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations</li> <li>Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries</li> <li>Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments</li> <li>Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation</li> <li>Support the month-end and year-end closing processes</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies</li> <li>Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation</li> <li>Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements</li> <li>Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities</li> <li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities</li> <li>Create financial dashboards and management reports</li> <li>Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making</li> <li>Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights</li> <li>Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed</li> </ul> Requirements: <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles</li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting</li> <li>Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms</li> <li>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li> </ul> </div> <div lang="EN-US"> Compensation: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client. </li> </ul> Here are the steps for this process: Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.  </div><div class="content-conclusion">Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
