<p><strong>JOB FUNCTION</strong></p>
<p>The Fundraising Support Analyst will be a crucial member of our 20+ person Fundraising & Investor Relations team in our New York office. This role involves supporting team members across all fund families, conducting research to identify potential Limited Partners (LPs), and assisting with outreach initiatives. The Analyst will also collaborate in planning roadshows, conferences, and events, maintain LP data within CRM systems, and gather LP intelligence to inform fundraising strategies. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a team- and goal- oriented mindset.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p>The Fundraising Support Analyst will work out of the New York office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Directly support assigned team members in specific coverage areas across all fund families, ensuring a clear view of current and future engagement opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough research and prospecting to identify and qualify potential LPs.</li>
<li>Support the creation and ongoing management of target lists and pipelines, tracking interactions and engagement.</li>
<li>Assist with outreach initiatives to engage new and existing LPs.</li>
<li>Collaborate in the logistical planning of roadshows, conferences, and events.</li>
<li>Regularly update and maintain LP data within the firm’s CRM system (DealCloud), ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness.</li>
<li>Gather LP intelligence and undertake research projects to inform fundraise strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing and managing LP meetings, events and conferences, including on-site due diligence meetings, webinars, and informal gatherings, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.</li>

<p><strong>DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>1-2 years of experience supporting capital raising and relationship management in private markets. Investment banking or asset management experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems and third-party private markets databases.</li>
<li>Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Series 7 / Series 63 Licenses preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact with a range of stakeholders.</li>
<li>Drive to win as part of a team and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively well as independently.</li>
<li>Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.</li>
