Its design incorporates extensive research into best practices in building and workplace design through extensive benchmarking of the world’s top academic, research, and corporate facilities.</p> <p>As a Commercial &amp; Land Analyst working at ExxonMobil, you will be a part of world class teams and gain hands-on experience and skills working on projects that create an impact. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What You Will Do</H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist landmen with review and analyzation of various oil and gas agreements</li> <li>Identify and maintain contract obligations, including tracking acreage and expirations</li> <li>Provide support and/or prepare detailed custom spreadsheets, reports and slides as needed</li> <li>Research and process internal well proposals and track partner responses</li> <li>Research and process non-operated well proposals and AFEs</li> <li>Locate and research leases and contracts</li> <li>Create and verify acreage reports that contain gross, net and company net acre figures</li> <li>Provide support with acquisitions and divestitures as requested</li> <li>Prepare Joint Operating Agreements, forms of assignment, ratifications, etc. as requested</li> <li>Prepare payments to landowners and process lease purchase packets</li> <li>Review land files to determine ownership interest in company lands</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">About You</H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>ExxonMobil is seeking applicants with Upstream oil and gas knowledge and 5+ years of land administration, management, or analyst role with emphasis on oil, gas, or mineral leasing and contracts</li> <li>Applicants must have excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver results in a performance-driven and team-oriented environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Demonstrated history of working with common land programs such as Quorum, Arc GIS, Enverus etc.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of oil and gas leases and agreements</li> <li>Strong foundation of understanding land practices, including calculations such as net acreage: WI/NRI</li> <li>Highly skilled at deductive reasoning and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities with minimal direction</li> <li>Utilize processes, systems and controls to document, administer and maintain commercial agreements and/or maps, and to comply with all legal and controls requirements</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>Alternate Location:  </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0px">Nothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
