We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Analyst to support accounts payable, expense management, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting deliverables. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, reviewing financial activity for accuracy, and collaborating across teams to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
Prepare journal entries including reclass entries, Inter Company entries and accrual entries.
Data enter monthly Accounts Payable vouchers and Inter Company payments.
Prepare Reconciliation of accounts monthly and quarterly
Analyzing of expense accounts monthly
Preparation of 1099 data
Assist in updating deliverables in connection with quarterly and annual financials.
Assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience required.
Two to five years of accounting experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proficiency in Oracle preferred
Preferred Skills and Attributes

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data related to assigned processes.
Accounts payable accounting experience.
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $65,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
