Join us.</p> <h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Business Intelligence Supervisor, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment,&nbsp;and administration of business intelligence solutions using Power BI and associated technologies. Primarily focus on&nbsp;extracting data from multiple sources, including SAP, SQL databases, and manual data platforms. Complete necessary&nbsp;transformations as far upstream as possible to ensure a clean semantic model utilizing Star schema methodology.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Develop and manage data models for optimized Power BI reporting</li> <li>Perform ETL operations, integrating data from SAP, SQL, etc., into Power BI</li> <li>Utilize advanced DAX expressions to create key project indicators (KPIs), visualizations and data analytics</li> <li>Working knowledge of basic data query and manipulation concepts/languages: relevant experience includes basic&nbsp;relational database queries and data integration maintenance</li> <li>Provide quality end-user support across the full Business Intelligence platform</li> <li>Complete ad-hoc troubleshooting of tooling and platforms as needed</li> <li>Provide analysis and interpretation of internal financial data: highlighting any underlying trends to identify&nbsp;promotional allowances and selling expense drivers, balance sheet analytics, and pricing analysis.</li> <li>Consults with department managers on KPIs and user experience</li> <li>&nbsp;Highly proficient with SAP, VIP, and IDig sales reporting interface</li> <li>Finance specifics -- This person will be highly proficient in DAX for developing advanced visualizations, enabling the&nbsp;sales organization to leverage predictive and prescriptive data analytics. They will turn complex datasets into insightful&nbsp;and actionable reports, improving business outcomes related to accounting and finance.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field of study</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in creating content in a Business Intelligence Platform<br>(Power BI)</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in managing, planning and executing project-based&nbsp;assignments.</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Power BI Desktop and Service, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint</li> <li>SAP ECC/BW and/or SAP S/4 preferred</li> <li>Preferred Certifications: PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst</li> <li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Prior project-based experience working on multi-person&nbsp;project plans.</li> <li>Collaborations with IT and other relevant departments to plan and execute project objectives.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative and successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments while&nbsp;effectively managing deadlines.</li> <li>Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.</li> <li>Must have proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials in the strictest confidence.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
