Role Responsibilities:
- Process and review vendor invoices and statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage payment schedules in partnership with a third-party payment provider
- Ensure all expenses are properly approved prior to payment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including tax documentation
- Support year-end reporting, including preparation of 1099-NEC filings
Key Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership accounting experience
- DMS experience (Tekion preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage high-volume communication
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional, and detail-focused
- Full-time availability with flexibility during close periods
