Accounts Payable Analyst- Dealership Experience

Role Responsibilities:

  • Process and review vendor invoices and statements with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage payment schedules in partnership with a third-party payment provider
  • Ensure all expenses are properly approved prior to payment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including tax documentation
  • Support year-end reporting, including preparation of 1099-NEC filings

Key Qualifications:

  • Automotive dealership accounting experience
  • DMS experience (Tekion preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage high-volume communication
  • Team-oriented with ability to work independently
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-focused
  • Full-time availability with flexibility during close periods
