Actuarial Senior Analyst, IFM
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor 13M and 25M persistency across key dimensions
Analyze later duration surrender behavior by product, channel, and policy accumulation stage
Support persistency steering committee with actionable insights
Monitor UL and ILP premium persistency trends
Support retention initiatives and business action trackingPerform deep-dive analysis on high-risk lapse and surrender and premium persistency segments
Support cross/up-sales initiatives through lapse-sensitivity-based customers targeting and surrender analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
2-5 years of experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills and good presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good conceptual and organization skills.
Good influencing and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of division’s functions, organization structure and management.
Skills of tact and persuasiveness.
Good project management, resource negotiation and personnel supervision skills.
