Administrative Analyst
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression
- Provide general administrative support to employees and management
- Manage document workflows and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office maintenance, mail, shipments, supplies, equipment, and service providers
- Organize business travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics
- Monitor and track office expenses and administrative costs
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when needed
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good command of English
