<h2><span style=""><strong>Role Purpose</strong></span></h2>
<p><span style="">The Receptionist Intern supports the daily administrative and front-desk operations of the Monterrey GBS Center, helping create a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment for employees, visitors, and external partners. This role contributes to office organization, visitor experience, process improvement, supplier coordination, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives, while also promoting the use of digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance administrative processes.</span></p>

<li style=""><span style="">Support front-desk and reception activities, ensuring a positive and professional first impression for visitors and employees.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Welcome visitors, manage visitor logs, and assist with meeting room coordination.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Assist with the setup, organization, and maintenance of office administration systems and documentation.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and operational efficiency within the office.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and support the implementation of more efficient processes.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Assist the office administrator in coordinating with external suppliers, including follow-up on orders, deliveries, and service needs.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Support the structure and coordination of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) committee and office safety brigades.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Help communicate and reinforce office safety standards, policies, and best practices.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Propose and support initiatives that leverage AI, digital tools, and automation to improve office administration and user experience.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Maintain accurate records, trackers, and administrative files as needed.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Support additional office and administrative projects assigned by the supervisor.</span></li>
