Job Description:

The Advanced Analytics Manager solves complex business problems using advanced mathematical analysis, data modeling, and reporting. This role develops and implements analytics, business intelligence, and data solutions that improve profitability, service levels, and operational efficiency.

This position works closely with business stakeholders and collaborates with Operations Research Analysts and Data Scientists to translate requirements into scalable analytics and optimization solutions. It also contributes to the development of operating methodologies and standards and supports business initiatives through data-driven insights and decision support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analytics Development: Design and implement analytical models and solutions for moderately to highly complex business problems.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Execution: Lead analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and successful deployment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners and product owners to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights.
  • Standards & Best Practices: Contribute to analytics methodologies, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
  • Team Support: Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, operations research, data science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience applying advanced methods (e.g., statistical analysis, optimization, or machine learning).
  • Proficiency in SQL, C#, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with large-scale data environments and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience deploying analytics solutions in production environments.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or operational environments.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $97,320-$138,720. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
