This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data &amp; analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.</p> <p>This project is with a leading Corporate &amp; Investment Bank as a <strong>Business Analyst for AI transformation</strong><strong>.</strong> You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li> <div>Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in‑house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues</div> </li> <li> <div>Contributing to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning.</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analysing MI, conducting research, and tracking changes in user behaviour and needs.</div> </li> <li> <div>Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organised, prioritised backlog.</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure the product meets market and user expectations.</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERTISE</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting</div> </li> <li> <div>Some experience <strong>supporting product development</strong> or product ownership, with a solid understanding of the <strong>end‑to‑end product lifecycle.</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Basic knowledge of <strong>Generative AI technologies, including LLMs,</strong> prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles.</div> </li> <li> <div>Familiarity with large‑scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies.</div> </li> <li> <div>Self‑starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast‑changing environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, and collaborating across diverse teams</div> </li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
