Job Objective

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst for AI project to join dynamic DTC GFMT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals ranging from early-career BAs looking to grow, to experienced Lead BAs ready to drive strategic initiatives. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our products and services meet the evolving demands of the financial industry.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technical projects within the financial domain.

  • Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating solutions against requirements.

  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of working experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within the financial sector.

  • Strong understanding of AI relevant concepts.

  • Familiar with different products or systems across global financial markets.

  • Good command of English with the ability to simplify complex tops and engage stakeholders and technology.

  • Good knowledge and experience using AI is preferred.
