Support senior IT executives and IT leadership in driving AI implementation and adoption across the organization. This role focuses on coordinating and tracking AI projects, preparing project charters, status trackers, and leadership presentations, training end users, building AI-related user manuals and adoption materials, and managing AI licensing. The role also supports data-related requirements for AI use cases.Business: Piramal Critical Care

Key Responsibilities
Support senior IT executives and leadership in driving AI implementation and adoption initiatives across the organization.
Coordinate and track AI projects—maintaining trackers, action items, timelines, and status reports, and following up with stakeholders on deliverables.
Prepare project charters, presentations, and status updates for leadership and governance reviews.
Train end users on AI tools and applications and support ongoing AI adoption across business functions.
Build and maintain AI-related user manuals, quick-reference guides, and adoption materials.
Manage AI tool licensing and subscriptions, including tracking allocations, renewals, and user provisioning.
Support data-related requirements for AI use cases, such as gathering, organizing, and preparing datasets in coordination with IT and business teams.
Learn and work hands-on with AI tools and technologies to assist with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting as required.
Essential Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
Experience: 0–2 years in IT coordination, project support, or business analyst roles (internships count).
Good-to-have (Preferred): certification or coursework in AI/Generative AI, data analytics
Relevant Experience
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI concepts; hands-on experience preferred.
Basic understanding of data concepts (data quality and data preparation) relevant to AI use cases.
Familiarity with project management tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Eager to learn AI tools and technologies, comfortable working hands-on when required, and able to coordinate effectively with IT teams, business users, and vendors.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, track action items, and drive follow-ups.
Ability to prepare clear MOMs, trackers, status reports, and user-facing documentation.
