Summary
The AI Enablement Analyst supports the AI Enablement Manager in driving Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption across SouthState Bank and in administering the enterprise AI use case intake and governance (AIGA) processes on behalf of the AI Transformation Office (AITO). The role handles the day-to-day coordination, tracking, content, and reporting that keep AI enablement runningâmanaging the intake pipeline, preparing governance materials, maintaining the AI registry, and supporting training and communications. This position exists to give the AI Enablement Manager and the AITO added capacity to scale AI adoption responsibly and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for Copilot learning sessions, office hours, and the Copilot Champions programâscheduling, invitations, materials preparation, and attendance trackingâand provide first-line responses to end-user questions, escalating complex issues to the AI Enablement Manager or IT.
Assemble AI use case packages, risk-scoring inputs, and AI due diligence (DDQ) documentation for AIGA review; schedule AIGA and related governance meetings; capture minutes and action items; and track approval conditions through to completion.
Administer the AI use case intake pipeline in SharePoint and ServiceNowâlogging, tracking, and triaging incoming requests; following up with lines of business for complete information; maintaining intake and prioritization trackers; and scheduling intake reviews in support of the AI Enablement Manager and the AI Transformation Office (AITO).
Maintain and update AI Central, including resources, FAQs, and the prompt library; manage the content calendar; draft and publish new content; and support AI communications and the quarterly AI newsletter.
Maintain AI registry data and refresh, quality-check, and distribute AI Transformation Power BI reporting (Copilot usage and adoption; use case pipeline, status, and value realization); and compile recurring metrics and reports for the AI Enablement Manager and AITO.
Provide administrative and project support to the AI Enablement Manager and broader Data Intelligence and AI Transformation Office initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and ad hoc data gathering and analysis as needed.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
Minimum: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Coursework, certification, or experience in data analytics, AI, or business technology.
Minimum Experience
1â3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or administrative support role, preferably involving technology, data, or process coordination.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365; exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools preferred.
Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, or reporting for a team or program.
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred: Microsoft 365/Copilot fundamentals certification; Power BI or ServiceNow familiarity a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a strong interest in and aptitude for generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, trackers, and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency with SharePoint and Excel; familiarity with Power BI and ServiceNow is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare resources, FAQs, and end-user support materials.
Strong customer-service orientation for responding to end-user questions and supporting adoption.
Discretion and reliability in handling governance, risk, and other sensitive documentation.
Eagerness to learn AI tools, trends, and best practices, and to grow within the AI enablement function.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across business lines, IT, and risk partners.
