<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Reporting to the Manager of AI Governance, the AI Governance Analyst will be part of the AI Governance team within the AI organization that is responsible for the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to help ensure that AI solutions, agents, and tools are developed and deployed in a safe and responsible manner throughout the company. AI solutions may comprise of software systems, data platforms, and digital tools, employing machine learning, including generative AI, advanced data analytics, and robotic process automation in order to transform business processes and solve business problems. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The Analyst will work closely with the AI product delivery and platform teams as they develop and deploy AI solutions that will deliver sustainable value to the business. The Analyst will also support the AI Governance team’s collaborative effort with cross-functional teams that include business leaders, legal, regulatory, security, IT, audit, and ethics teams to review proposed AI solutions, develop implementation guidelines and checklists to guide project teams, identify risk mitigation options, and produce reports on compliance with relevant regulations and policies. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working within the AI Governance team, the Analyst will also assist and support the PMO team in facilitating the development and implementation of standardized processes, reporting on their performance and compliance with policies, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The Analyst will also collaborate with the AI Education and Enablement team in developing training content and project implementation toolkits that will guide the project teams in developing responsible AI solutions. </span></p>
