Are you a tech-savvy graduate ready to make an impact in the world of banking and financial risk management? Join our Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team and help shape the future of financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with industry experts to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) and CSRBB (Credit Spread Risk in the Banking Book) models. By combining your technical skills with business acumen, you’ll contribute to managing critical financial risks and influencing key decisions at the highest levels of our organization.
As part of the Finance function, you’ll work closely with our Senior Manager – ALM and gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, data processing, and risk management in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Models: Build and refine robust IRRBB/CSRBB models and metrics to manage financial risks effectively.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Generate regular reports and insights to support decision-making across teams.
- Risk Management: Contribute to the management of the bank’s risk exposure, including supporting hedging activities.
- Strategic Support: Play a key role in crafting presentations and analyses for ALCO and board meetings.
- Efficiency Testing: Assist with hedge accounting efficiency tests and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Innovative Projects: Participate in diverse projects that enhance our ALM processes and systems.
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- A strong understanding of Treasury and Banking Book products, including derivatives (we’ll help you learn more if you’re new!).
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for IRRBB/CSRBB (or a strong desire to learn).
- Proficiency in programming and data processing tools like Python, SQL, or VBA.
- An analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
- Previous exposure to Finance, Treasury, or ALM is a bonus but not essential—we welcome fresh graduates!
