What is a Claims Analyst?
A Financial Claims Analyst is a vital part of our corporate accounting and revenue management operations. This role manages business-to-business financial claims. The Analyst is responsible for reviewing customer contracts, validating revenue deductions, and researching pricing changes to ensure strict compliance with our program policies and accrual accounting standards.

● Validatie marketing and pricing claims and deductions support in accordance with established program policies and procedures.
● Research and support revenue related deduction disputes and post audits from customers
● Business partnering with cross functions including external customers, Regional Sales and Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
● Assist in account analysis, reconciliation and reporting at month-end.
● Assist with internal and external financial audits and reviews.
● Prepare ad hoc analyses and participation in special projects as needed.
● Review of customer contracts and procedures for revenue deduction programs to ensure compliance.
● Identify improvement opportunities in claims processing and support process changes.
Key Qualifications:
Understanding of accrual accounting, excellent analytical skills in researching claims and ability to
handle detail. Good communication skills are essential, highly organized and ability to manage priorities and deadlines, proficient with Excel, Oracle experience a plus.
Education:
Recently completed degree in business, finance or accounting. 3 years experience in Finance role preferable.

The Logitech Claims Analyst (AMR) will join an energetic and dynamic team to gain international experience, and report into Controllership, Accounts Receivable and Claims Management. This is a Permanent position.

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
● Recently completed degree in business, finance or accounting; Ideally BIS.
● Have an understanding of accrual accounting, excellent analytical skills in researching claims and ability to handle detail.
● Good communication skills are essential, highly organized and ability to manage priorities and deadlines, proficient with Excel, Oracle experience a plus.
● An ability to work on own initiative and willingness to learn and develop with the role.
● Language: English.
