<p><strong>We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Accounting Rotational Program at Royal Caribbean Group.</strong> This program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in accounting and are looking to gain hands-on experience in various areas of accounting. </p> <p> </p> <p>As an Accounting Rotational Program participant, you will be exposed to a variety of accounting functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, tax, and more. You will work in a team-based environment and receive guidance and support from experienced professionals.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will challenge your skills and abilities, and help you develop a broad range of accounting skills. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Participate in a series of rotations in various accounting functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, tax. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with the preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions. </p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management. </p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in financial and operational audits. </p> </li> <li> <p>Develop a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. </p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to team projects and initiatives. </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Seniors or recent graduates with an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, and/or quantitative degree program </p> </li> <li> <p>GPA of 3.2 or higher and proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience </p> </li> <li> <p>Graduate by December 2026 or May 2027</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced environment </p> </li> <li> <p>High level of critical thinking </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Strong quantitative skills </p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to think strategically while managing the details  </p> </li> <li> <p>Desire to go above and beyond what is required </p> </li> <li> <p>Eligible to work in the United States </p> </li> </ul>
