Title:                            Analyst, Accounts Payable
Report to:                    Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable
Location:                     Shanghai

Primary Purpose: 

We are looking for a passionate and driven Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the expanding operations across Asia and Australia–New Zealand (ANZ). This role presents a valuable opportunity for professional growth while contributing to core accounting functions in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Accounting and Controlling related tasks, with a focus on Accounts Payable
  • Perform payment operations, ensuring completeness and timelines.
  • Prepare month end closing reconciliation, including but not limited to associated Balance Sheet Recon, VAT recon, Bank recon etc.
  • SOX and statutory audit support, ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal company policies.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications & Competencies

We’re looking for a candidate who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the role:

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company or Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Skilled in developing professional PowerPoint presentation is an advantage.
  • Professional Certificate: In the path of any professional certificate as: CPR, ACCA, etc.... is a plus.
