Process Related:§ Should have good VBA Coding skills. Need to support ongoing automation projects.§ Understanding the requirement of SII / IFRS17 in scope work and complete the assigned tasks with high quality. § Actuarial model result analysis including validation, analysis of change, economic and non- economic Stresses, Sensitivities, Critical Scenario, Back-testing etc.§ Base and stressed balance sheet and P&L account production on solvency II requirement (both IM & SF)§ Good understanding of Prophet Valuation Models.§ Support complex projects and developmentsAdditional Information -Min 1.5 year experience in the LifePension InsuranceSoft skills:§ Strong communication skills ā Verbal & Written§ Ability to work through stringent timelines§ Proficient in MS Office Suite, high level of understanding of VBA/ SQL coding (preferred)§ Should possess the ability to think out of the box ā contingency management§ Good decision-making skills§ Good Analytical skillsCommunication skills:§ Ability to have conversations with the client teams, related to the process is essential§ Ability to have robust conversations while maintaining a high level of customer service and maintaining composure§ Ability to utilize effective listening skills§ Pick up on direct and indirect queries from customers and understand and comprehend the customerās needs§ Ability to distinguish between inquiries and complaints (including level of complaint)
Qualifications
Graduate/Master in any streamShould have cleared few actuarial papers from India or UK actuarial societyShould have good VBA coding skills
