Role & Responsibilities:
Architecture & Development: Architect and build high-performance, maintainable user interfaces using React 18.x and Next.js 14.x/15.x
Best Practices: Enforce clean code standards using TypeScript 5.x and maintain high-quality deliverables through ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube
Quality Assurance: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and E2E testing (Vitest, Playwright).
Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve application performance using Web Vitals, Open Telemetry, and observability tools like Sentry
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, utilizing component libraries like Shadcn/ui or MUI
CI/CD & DevOps: Manage deployment pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure integration (Vercel/AWS/Azure).
Core Frameworks: React 18.x (utilizing Concurrent Features & Server Components), Next.js 14.x/15.x (App Router, Server Actions, RSC)
State Management: Proficiency in Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Jotai; React Query (TanStack Query) for server state; Context API for component-level state
UI & Styling: Tailwind CSS 3.x, CSS Modules/Styled Components; experience with Shadcn/ui or Material-UI (MUI)
Build & Performance: Vite/Webpack 5+, Turbopack, and SWC/esbuild for fast transpiration
Testing & Quality: Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress for E2E testing; Storybook for component isolation
Code Quality & DevOps: ESLint 9.x, Prettier, Husky, lint-staged, and SonarQube. Git (GitHub/GitLab), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
Infrastructure & Observability: Deployment via Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, or AWS/Azure. Monitoring via Sentry, Log Rocket, Open Telemetry, and Web Vitals tracking.
Nice to Have : Contributions to open-source React projects, published npm packages or component libraries, Mobile development with React Native
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in hands-on experience specifically with React.js
Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
