Job Description
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Python, and React
- Write and optimize complex queries using SQL / PL-SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support development and maintenance of web-based platforms and internal tools
- Participate in system integration, debugging, and performance tuning
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, documentation, and best practices
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in software development or IT analyst roles
- Strong programming experience in:
- Java
- Python
- React (JavaScript framework)
- Hands-on experience with SQL / PL-SQL for database management and querying
- Understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills (English required; Korean is a plus)
