Job Highlights:

 

Strategic

  • Assist the RMs in pursuing the best method of expanding client revenues for the department.

 

Financial

  • Assist the RMs in driving client revenues, profits and returns and ensure best deployment of capital to the highest value of relationship

 

Customer

  • Assist in promoting business by expanding the wallet and deepening existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and effective cross-sell of products.
  • Knowing client’s business, regularly communicating and being accessible and dependable, being responsive and following through, and being well prepared for calls.
  • Coordinates with product offices as needed on product-related matters and deliverables to the clients.
  • Coordinates with clients and GCIB Credit Management team on credit due diligence requirements to obtain credit approvals.
  • Coordinates with clients and GCIB Middle Office

 

Other/ Control

  • Complete all assigned and applicable risk management and compliance training, on time, to increase awareness and adherence to risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Support the RMs as needed in matters relating to credit or operational issues and implementation of agreed action items.
  • Performs other tasks that supervising officer or Head GCIB may assign from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college/university degree in Business Management/ Business Economics/ Financial Management would be preferred
  • At least 2-year work experience in account management and credit analysis would be an advantage
  • MUFG Product knowledge
  • MUFG credit policies and procedures
  • MUFG compliance policies and guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of credit and corporate finance
  • Basic knowledge of central bank regulations
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
  • Basic marketing, communication and presentation skills
