Polymer has licensed entities in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and United States.</p><p style="margin:0in;background:white;"><br></p><p style="margin:0in;background:white;"><br></p><p style="margin:0in;background:white;"><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal;background: white;">Handle license applications, regulatory filings and reports&nbsp;</li><li style=" line-height:normal;background: white;">Assist with the development, implementation and administration of the Group compliance framework and policies</li><li style=" line-height:normal;background: white;">Conduct monitoring and surveillance of trading activities to detect and prevent market abuse, insider trading and other violations</li><li style=" line-height:normal;background: white;">Investigate and resolve alerts generated by trade surveillance systems, and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders</li><li style=" line-height:normal;background: white;">Work on regional projects including system UAT, new investment models discussion, or system development</li><li style=" line-height:normal;background: white;">Conduct or assist with ad-hoc inspections and regulatory requests</li></ul><p style="margin:0in;background:white;"><br></p><p style="margin:0in;background:white;"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" background:white;">University graduate with major in Business, Finance or Law;</li><li style=" background:white;">At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in brokerage or asset management firms</li><li style=" background:white;">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li style=" background:white;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li style=" background:white;">High attention to details</li><li style=" background:white;">Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines</li><li style=" background:white;">Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions.
