Role Synopsis:

Provide proactive support to the FBT Customer team on engagement, communications, coordination and change management activities across the function. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the engagement agenda through structured initiatives, leadership communications, targeted campaigns, event coordination, and cross-functional teamwork that strengthens team connectivity and business readiness for change.

The role will also support end-to-end change management activities by helping plan, coordinate, track and sustain change interventions, ensuring initiatives are effectively communicated, adopted and embedded across the function.

Success in this role requires strong organizational, coordination, partner management and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. The incumbent will help implement actionable engagement and change support plans, driving successful execution and measurable impact while demonstrating bp’s Who We Are beliefs and a growth-oriented perspective.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of engagement, communication and change management initiatives aligned to business priorities.
  • Implement engagement plans, communication calendars, campaigns, and execution trackers.
  • Coordinate change management efforts, including planning, tracking, and adoption support.
  • Support creation and delivery of communication materials, leadership messaging, presentations, and engagement content.
  • Coordinate and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events and engagement activities.
  • Monitor progress, handle actions, provide governance and reporting support for key initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution and implementation of initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback, insights and procedures while ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with bp beliefs.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Arts (English), BBA or related field;  
  • 4–8 years of overall work experience, including 2–3 years in engagement, event / change management, project management or related roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities and workstreams while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and execution skills.
  • Experience in supporting change management initiatives, collaborator engagement, communications, readiness, or adoption activities is preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a focus on getting results.

Desirable criteria

  • Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content creation and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across teams, functions, and leadership levels.
  • Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives and impactful communication content.
  • Flexibility to support global teams across different time zones.
  • Relevant certifications and exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or continuous improvement methodologies are advantageous.
