You will be joining a dynamic team of data professionals dedicated to driving actionable insights and strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities and Impact:
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Work with Snowflake data warehouse to query, manage, and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities and automate routine tasks, exploring machine learning applications for predictive analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an analytical role (Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar position).
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, using libraries such as pandas and NumPy, and data visualization tools.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI.
Key Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with an ownership mindset.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Snowflake data warehouse, including SQL querying and data management.
- Familiarity with AI applications, machine learning concepts, or AI-powered analytical tools.
- Experience collaborating with business units to translate reporting requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Ability to stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.
