What You'll Do We are looking for an Analyst to join our Client Reporting team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting institutional client reporting activities. You'll work with data, reporting tools, and global teams while learning how client reports are produced and delivered. This role is ideal for those interested in asset management, financial services, and data analysis. What You'll Do Learn and use the Vermilion Reporting Suite to support client reporting. Produce and validate client reports and factsheets. Review data, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues. Partner with teams in the U.S., India, and Hong Kong to complete reporting deliverables. Follow established procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Track and maintain reporting activities and task completion. Assist with ad hoc reporting requests using Excel-based tools. Update process documentation and suggest improvements. Support teammates during peak periods and team absences. Participate in training to build knowledge of investment reporting and data systems. Who You Are Completed or pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. Curiosity and a willingness to learn complex systems and data sources. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Ability to communicate questions and issues proactively. Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to investigate reporting and data issues. Ability to become increasingly independent in completing assigned tasks while knowing when to seek guidance. SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU STANDOUT Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas and data analysis. Experience working with spreadsheets and large data sets. Familiarity with investment management, financial markets, or asset management concepts. Experience with reporting platforms such as Vermilion is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, is desirable. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written communication skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $28.32 - $38.36 / hour Salary Details The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience. Analyst, Client Reporting Job Title: $28.32 - $38.36 / Hour Associate, Client Reporting Job Title: $73,150 - $90,000 / year Time Off Program Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.
