Generally, acting as a Client Service Officer and supporting the Relationship Managers in providing a high quality of service to customers, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that the Bank follows local regulations, relevant legislation and MUFG’s internal guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer onboarding, information change, account closure (account opening, account documentation & agreements...)
  • Handling customer daily operations (credit and non-credit transactions), including customer contact, application collection, document check (in accordance with requirements from local regulations & internal rules), deal confirmation, instructing to other operation departments…
  • Controlling document pending due date, transaction due date for non – credit (fixed deposit…) and credit transactions (loan, trade loan, trade finance…), including checking customer’s cash-flows/ account balance for repayment...
  • Cooperating with other teams, departments (Compliance, Legal dept…) to get advice on customer’s transactions and providing appropriate replies to customers and/or Relationship Managers
  • Other tasks (Document safe keeping control; Document coordination with other departments…)

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, banking or economics
  • 3-4 years’ experience in corporate customer service, corporate account and sales support, banking or financial services operations
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management and teamwork
  • Details oriented, accuracy, multi-tasking, solution-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in English (communication, presentation, writing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
