Analyst-Compliance
The Analyst Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) supports the execution of key governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities that help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, enterprise policies, and internal control standards. Role contributes to fostering a strong culture of compliance while supporting effective risk oversight and governance across the organization.
Designed for high-potential graduates from business schools, this role provides broad exposure to Regulatory Compliance, Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Change Management, Compliance Monitoring, and Financial Crime Risk Management (AML/FCRM). The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance frameworks, support business objectives, and develop analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities across multiple business processes.
- Assist in Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Change Management, and governance initiatives to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support compliance monitoring, issue management, and remediation activities to strengthen the organization's control environment.
- Assist with AML, KYC, and Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) activities, including customer due diligence and compliance reviews, as required.
- Support enterprise risk management activities by identifying emerging risks and contributing to risk assessments aligned with the organization's risk appetite.
- Prepare governance dashboards, compliance reports, management presentations, and risk metrics to support business and leadership decision-making.
- Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and other governance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and evidence.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Business, Control Management, Legal, and Audit teams on governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, generate business insights, and support continuous process improvement.
- Leverage approved AI-powered productivity tools to enhance research, analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency while adhering to responsible AI, data privacy, and information security standards.

Education
- Full-time MBA/Post Graduate Degree from Business School.
- Strong academic performance throughout.
- Fresh graduate.
- Internship or project experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, Governance, Audit, Consulting, or Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
