data-aria-posinset="0" data-aria-level="1">Container Repair Management: Coordinate inspection, maintenance, refurbishment, and repair activities for returnable containers, racks, pallets, and packaging assets.   Ensure packaging assets are maintained in safe, functional, and production-ready condition.   Monitor repair workflows and prioritize repairs based on production and supplier performance scorecards measuring quality, turnaround time, cost, responsiveness, and service levels.   Coordinate repair forecasts and capacity planning with vendors to ensure sufficient repair capabilities.   Review repair quotations, validate repair scopes, and support cost-control initiatives.   Conduct regular supplier reviews and business meetings to drive continuous performance improvements.   Lead supplier corrective action activities for quality concerns, recurring failures, missed delivery commitments, and non-conformance issues.   Verify compliance with contract requirements, repair specifications, quality standards, and service-level agreements.   Support sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and onboarding of new repair vendors when required.  </li> <li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, South Carolina</li> <li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> <li>Travel: Domestic and international travel required, approximately 5% of the time. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
