Position Summary  The Cost Analyst is responsible for evaluating cost drivers to determine accurate product costs and ensure compliance with established cost standards and procedures. This role provides actionable cost insights to project teams and develops precise, competitive pricing quotes that safeguard and enhance margins. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to standardized turnaround times for pricing responses, conducting detailed cost analyses, and ensuring pricing accuracy across all customer engagements.    Key Responsibilities  Analyze and calculate pricing for all new and existing products, assessing impacts on contribution margins using pricing tools.   Support initial project reviews by verifying customer requirements and ensuring accuracy in final quoted pricing.  Develop a strong understanding of labor rates and manufacturing processes to determine cost drivers and margin impacts.   Gather raw material and component cost inputs from procurement, analyze the data to identify pricing insights, and review standard versus recommended costs to determine variances and key cost drivers.  Collaborate cross‑functionally with manufacturing, procurement, management, and sales to develop formal pricing quotations for quoting opportunities.  Provide management with detailed reports to support business decision‑making and expenditure control, including financial analysis for special projects and programs.   Maintenance of site quote log, reprice status log, project folders and Playbooks on Teams.  Work with order processing to confirm customer purchase orders align with quoted prices.   Maintain a target quote turnaround time (14 Days).    Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.  Experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis.  Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and pricing tools.  Excellent analytical and communication skills.
