The Royal Caribbean Group’s Destination Development Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Destination Strategy Analyst to the Destination Intelligence Manager. The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida. The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Position Summary: This position will support the Destination Intelligence team in Destination Development and will be responsible for conducting data-driven analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The Analyst will contribute to destination planning efforts by developing analytical tools, tracking project progress, and generating insights that inform investment decisions. The position plays a key role in advancing a more data and technology enabled planning approach by helping enhance reporting capabilities, improving data quality, workflow automation, and supporting the development of scalable analytical solutions. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with internal organizations within RCG such as Government Relations, External Affairs, Deployment, Private Destinations, Port Operations, Marine Operations, and Shore Excursions to maintain an accurate, accountable database.
