At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <p>Senior Digital Marketing Analyst<br>At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. <br>Job Overview<br>As a member of the Industrial Solutions (IS) Segment Marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst executes global Segment digital marketing programs that amplify business unit efforts, strengthen part discovery, and support AI-enabled marketing capability across the Segment.<br>Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing global Segment paid search and findability efforts to complement and amplify the digital marketing of five business units (DDN, ENG, ADM, IND, and MED). The role focuses on helping customers find relevant TE parts and solutions while aligning Segment programs with BU priorities.<br>The role also supports strategic digital initiatives in China and the wider APAC region, partnering with key stakeholders to address region-specific opportunities. In addition, the individual coordinates digital marketing workstreams for cross-BU growth opportunities and supports AI adoption and innovation initiatives.<br>The ideal candidate will bring strong paid-search and digital-marketing expertise, analytical and budget-management skills, regional market understanding, and practical execution experience. This individual must be self-directed and effective in a global, highly matrixed organization, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.</p>
<p>Responsibilities<br>Global Paid Search and Digital Findability<br>• Execute and continuously optimize Segment-level paid-search activities across paid-search platforms and component discovery sites with emphasis on strategic part discovery.<br>• Coordinate with BU marketing teams to align and optimize search coverage, targeting, messaging, landing experiences, and investment, while reducing duplication and internal keyword competition. <br>• Test and scale new digital growth opportunities, tools, and external sites that can expand reach, improve customer engagement, and support long-term growth.</p>
<p>Evolve China and APAC Digital Capabilities<br>• Partner with regional BU marketing and Channel Marketing to understand the business needs and size digital marketing opportunities in China and the APAC region. <br>• Apply knowledge of regional customer behavior and digital platforms, including Baidu and WeChat, to aAdapt global digital programs to local customer needs.<br>• Analyze regional program performance and share findings and recommendations with stakeholders. </p>
<p>Cross-BU Strategic Growth Initiatives<br>• Coordinate marketing workstreams and support execution for cross-BU strategic applications (i.e. Data Centers and Humanoids) and other priority growth opportunities. </p>
<p>AI Support & Capability Development<br>• Contribute to the Segment’s development of AI-enabled marketing capabilities through pilot tracking, project coordination, and support for the AI Catalyst Team.Identify opportunities and partner with BUs to enable AI pilot adoption, addressing defined customer, commercial, or marketing capability needs. <br>• Develop practical guidance, playbooks, and examples based on successful initiatives, and support knowledge transfer to BU marketing teams. </p>
<p>Performance, Budget, and Partner Coordination<br>• Track marketing budgets, forecasts, campaign spending, and performance against plans. <br>• Coordinate day-to-day activities with media agencies, platform partners, and technology providers, and monitor delivery against agreed expectations. <br>• Develop dashboards, analyses, and performance updates that translate data into clear findings and recommendations. </p>
<p>Background & Qualifications <br>• BA/BS degree required; advanced education and/or relevant coursework preferred.<br>• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years of related experience and a Master's degree<br>• Strong understanding of B2B digital customer journeys, especially how engineers, buyers, and target accounts search for, evaluate, and engage with technical products and solutions online.<br>• Results-oriented, with a growth mindset and the ability and willingness to challenge the status quo.<br>• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.<br>• Strong communication and project management skills.<br>• Proven success in fast-paced and matrixed organizations.<br>• Hands-on experience with digital channels and tactics, including paid search, paid and organic social, engineering/community sites, component search platforms, distributor websites, and other external digital promotion channels.<br>• Proficient in mainstream digital platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, SEMrush or similar SEO/SEM tools, social advertising platforms, mainstream AI platforms and tools, and MS Office.<br>• Strong analytics skills to measure digital growth effectiveness, diagnose gaps, and translate insights into optimization actions that improve findability, engagement, conversion, and business impact.</p>
