Sous la supervision du Superviseur, Soutien systĂšme d’entreprise, la personne titulaire du poste est responsable de l’analyse, de la documentation et de la validation des exigences d’affaires et fonctionnelles liĂ©es aux solutions SAP IS‑U et SAP S/4HANA. Elle contribue aux initiatives d’amĂ©lioration et de maintien des systĂšmes SAP, en assurant l’alignement entre les besoins d’affaires et les solutions livrĂ©es.

Responsabilités principales

  • Recueillir, analyser, documenter et valider les exigences d’affaires et fonctionnelles.

  • PrĂ©parer la documentation fonctionnelle (BRD, spĂ©cifications fonctionnelles, processus).

  • Effectuer des analyses fit-gap entre les besoins d’affaires et les fonctionnalitĂ©s standards SAP.

  • Valider les conceptions fonctionnelles et les configurations SAP selon les exigences approuvĂ©es.

  • Traduire les exigences en scĂ©narios et cas de tests SIT et UAT.

  • Superviser les tests UAT, documenter les anomalies et soutenir leur rĂ©solution.

  • Valider que les solutions livrĂ©es rĂ©pondent aux attentes d’affaires avant leur mise en production.

  • Agir comme point de liaison entre les parties prenantes d’affaires et les Ă©quipes SAP fonctionnelles et techniques.

  • Communiquer les clarifications d’exigences, les impacts et les rĂ©sultats des tests.

  • Soutenir les activitĂ©s de gestion du changement et de prĂ©paration des utilisateurs.

Exigences et qualifications:

  • DiplĂŽme universitaire ou technique pertinent et deux Ă  quatre ans d’expĂ©rience Ă  titre d’analyste d’affaires dans un environnement TI d’entreprise OU tout autre combinaison d’études et d’expĂ©rience pertinente.

  • ExpĂ©rience pratique avec SAP IS‑U, SAP CIS et/ou SAP S/4HANA.

  • ExpĂ©rience en environnements Agile et/ou Waterfall

  • Un bagage en gestion de projets ou en coordination constitue un atout.

  • La certification CBAP (Professionnel certifiĂ© en analyse d’affaires) ou toute certification Ă©quivalente est considĂ©rĂ©e comme un atout.

  • La personne titulaire du poste doit maĂźtriser le français. Comme elle sera amenĂ©e Ă  interagir frĂ©quemment avec des collĂšgues, des parties prenantes et des clients ne parlant pas le français, elle doit Ă©galement avoir une bonne maĂźtrise orale et Ă©crite de l’anglais.

  • ExpĂ©rience pratique ou exposition concrĂšte aux environnements SAP IS‑U, SAP CIS ou SAP S/4HANA

  • Scripts et outils : PowerShell, XML, VB/VBA.

  • Environnement de test : qTest

  • Outils de rapports et d’intelligence d’affaires : Power BI, Crystal Reports.

  • ServiceNow.

  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Office, Visio, Project, Azure et Power Apps.

Enbridge Gaz Québec, the exclusive natural gas distributor in the Outaouais region, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Enterprise System Support, the incumbent is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements related to SAP IS‑U and SAP S/4HANA solutions. The individual contributes to SAP system improvement and maintenance initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

  • Prepare functional documentation (BRD, functional specifications, processes).

  • Conduct fit-gap analyses between business needs and standard SAP functionalities.

  • Validate SAP functional designs and configurations based on approved requirements.

  • Translate requirements into SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases.

  • Oversee UAT testing, document anomalies, and support their resolution.

  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations before production deployment.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams.

  • Communicate requirement clarifications, impacts, and test results.

  • Support change management activities and user preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant university or technical diploma and two to four years of experience as a business analyst in an enterprise IT environment OR any other combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP IS‑U, SAP CIS, and/or SAP S/4HANA.

  • Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

  • Background in project management or coordination is considered an asset.

  • CBAP (Certified business analysis professional) or equivalent is considered an asset.

The incumbent must be fluent in French. As they will frequently interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients who do not speak French, they must also have good oral and written proficiency in English.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience or tangible exposure to SAP IS‑U, SAP CIS, or SAP S/4HANA environments

  • Scripts and tools: PowerShell, XML, VB/VBA.

  • Testing environment: qTest

  • Databases: SQL, Oracle.

  • Reporting and business intelligence tools: Power BI, Crystal Reports.

  • ServiceNow.

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, Visio, Project, Azure, and Power Apps.
