Together We Change.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Are you a hardworking specialist in quality and compliance, looking to drive quality at a leading consumer packaged goods company?</strong> If you have a bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, science, or other applied sciences, along with 4 plus years of Quality Assurance or Laboratory experience, we want to speak with you!</p> <p> </p> <p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Factory Conformance Analyst</strong> in <strong>Richmond, VA</strong> to manage and continually improve Quality Management System (QMS) processes for Altria Client Services.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and support investigations related to Product Quality Incidents, laboratory results, nonconforming product, and defective materials, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are clearly defined, documented, and maintained in TrackWise or other QMS tools.</li> <li>Provide oversight of containment and control activities for nonconforming materials and products, including hold administration, material disposition, and release decisions in alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Apply established sampling, inspection, and analytical testing plans to monitor quality attributes, verify compliance with specifications, and support batch release activities.</li> <li>Support and oversee verification, calibration, and qualification activities for manufacturing test equipment.</li> <li>Provide quality support for change management activities, including change control evaluation, risk assessments, and execution in manufacturing.</li> <li>Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, and other cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, efficiencies, and quality enhancements.</li> <li>Develop, update, and maintain QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms, ensuring documents meet manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Perform manufacturing Finished product audits providing real time feedback to ensure product quality consistently meets specifications and packaging requirements.</li> <li>Support training and qualification of personnel, including employees and non‑employees, ensuring competency and compliance with quality system.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What we want you to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Science OR equivalent work experience</strong></li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>4+ years of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance or Laboratory experience </strong></li> <li>Solid Understanding of Quality Systems</li> <li>Knowledge of basic statistical methods and analysis</li> <li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills (i.e. root cause analysis)</li> <li>Experience with Databases, Data analysis, TrackWise, SAP.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)</li> <li>Strong technical writing and oral communication skills</li> <li>Must be willing to work A, B or C shift depending on business needs</li> </ul><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.
