Help our Americas Business Unit make informed business decisions by supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities. You will play an important role in ensuring financial data is accurate, meaningful, and delivered on time to support business performance and strategic goals.
- Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning activities.
- Help collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational performance data.
- Prepare reports and insights that help leaders understand business performance.
- Review information for accuracy and perform quality checks on financial data and reports.
- Support planning systems and reporting tools, including SAP and SAP BPC.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with financial systems; SAP or SAP BPC experience is an advantage.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships across teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, processing, or another asset-intensive industry is beneficial.
This is a hybrid role, and we welcome applications from candidates of any of our site/hub locations. You will collaborate virtually with diverse, multicultural teams across the Americas Business Unit and may occasionally travel to operational sites as required.
