Analyst, Global Perception Advisory
We're looking for an Analyst to join our Global Perception Team and help shape how we deliver strategic guidance on investor engagement, capital markets trends, and institutional investor sentiment. In this role you will be supporting C-Suite executives, Investor Relations leaders, and investment professionals around the world, and play a key part in helping corporate issuers optimize capital attraction by delivering value-enhancing investor targeting strategies.

What You'll Do
- Partner with senior members on perception studies and investor sentiment assessments for publicly traded companies primarily across EMEA and APAC, with occasional support for global and Americas-focused engagements.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with institutional investors, buy-side and sell-side analysts, and other market participants to evaluate investment perceptions, valuation drivers, and shareholder priorities.
- Analyze investor feedback, market intelligence, and benchmarking data to identify strategic themes, risks, and opportunities relevant to clients' capital markets objectives.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for C-Suite and Board-level audiences, translating complex sentiment and market data into compelling narratives that enhance investor engagement, communication strategies, and market positioning.
- Maintain expertise in global capital markets, institutional investor behavior, valuation methodologies, and evolving Investor Relations best practices, with particular emphasis on EMEA and APAC market dynamics.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience and interest in capital markets, consulting, buy-side/sell-side research, or investor relations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; familiarity with platforms such as Bloomberg, or similar preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and institutional investors.
- A consultative & analytical mindset, curiosity, and a genuine passion for capital markets.

The base pay range for this role is 3000 – 3400 EUR gross monthly. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer bonus and equity, as well as the following benefits:
